Welcome to Bright Start Learning Center ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 8401 S Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the enrollment of children in our programs. By accessing our website or enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment at Bright Start Learning Center is subject to availability and the completion of all required enrollment documents, including a current immunization record, health physical form, and emergency contact information. We reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment based on our ability to meet each child's needs.

2. Tuition & Payment

Weekly tuition rates vary by age group and are billed in advance. A one-time enrollment deposit of $35 per child or $50 per family is required to secure a spot. The same rates apply to both private-pay and DHS families. Tuition is due on the scheduled payment date. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

3. Attendance & Schedule

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Children must be picked up by closing time. Late pick-ups may incur a late fee. We offer both full-time and part-time care options; scheduled days must be agreed upon at enrollment.

4. Health & Safety

For the safety of all children, we cannot admit children who are ill with a contagious condition. Parents must inform us of any allergies, medications, or special needs. We follow all Oklahoma state licensing regulations regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

5. Withdrawal & Refunds

Families wishing to withdraw a child must provide written notice at least two weeks in advance. Enrollment deposits are non-refundable. Tuition refunds for unused days are subject to our refund policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
